Returns

All sales final. We truly want you to love your garments! 

If you are unsatisfied, please send an email, within 30 days of receipt, to: info@heartisancreations.com

In your email please include your order number, and reason for writing. While we do not offer returns, we want you to be satisfied, and depending on your reason, may be able to offer you a partial refund or discount for a future purchase. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you any reconciliation.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
