GARMENTS & PHYSICAL GOODS

Please allow 3-5 days from the time of purchase for your item(s) to be shipped. You will be sent a shipping notification via email which includes a tracking number. 

We use recycled shipping materials for a more eco-friendly choice. This means that the packaging used to ship your garment has already been used at least once before.

For any lost or missing items, please attempt to contact the courier first, and then reach out to Heartisan Creations with the response from the courier: info@heartisancreations.com

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Items will be automatically fulfilled via email, immediately after purchase is completed. You may also download the digital files on the Order Status page (the final step of the checkout).
